​How Do I Get a Refill?
Just simply place an order, send us an email, message us on social media, text, or call us and let us know what you'd like! You can drop off your jar on your next trip out, and we will let you know when it is refilled and available for pick up at your earliest convenience, or we'll deliver it right to your doorstep at our earliest convenience!

What about YOUR waste?
Good question! All of our suppliers are very intentional on their packaging and shipping. As you'll notice, almost all of our products are either package-free or packaged in glass. We hope that you'll come back to refill your glass, find another use for it, or bring it to your nearest recycling depot. Our suppliers use recycled newspaper, boxes, and/or compostable packing materials. As for us, we reuse everything we can. When we are really done with something, we recycle it accordingly. You may notice a lot of deliveries get delivered on foot to try to cut back on the emissions we put out. Alternatively, we strategically plan deliveries with other errands so we are not adding more emissions than we regularly would.

Why a zero waste store?
Another good question! When I got into a low waste lifestyle I wanted access to these items. I either had to drive to Terrace (putting out emissions) or order it to me (more emissions). Speaking to other people and knowing the increasing interest into this lifestyle, I figured I could save at least a couple trips to Terrace or delivery driver trips to Kitimat. If just one friend shops here, eliminating the need for her to go to Terrace as well, that's another trip saved. And that's 1 delivery to serve multiple people, again saving a trip. I'm hoping that by bringing awareness and accessibility to some of these sustainable swaps, the eco-bug will continue to spread.
Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with any items you have purchased, please let us know. We would love to hear how we can improve.
